HubSink does not add power by itself. Fitted with Statorade to a compatible motor, it lets your motor handle at least double the power from your controller without overheating, or stops your motor overheating at the power you already run. Most riders turn their controllers up to more than 2x the power, and many regularly run around 5x, as shown by reviews and testing such as 18kW through a QS205 hub motor, because in real riding faster cooling compounds. Easy to Fit
HubSink comes in six separate pieces. Easy to install in 5 - 10 minutes, standard version fits most motors, (For QS273, be sure to select the right option if you have the larger motor)
QS273 Hubsink, Beta versions are now available to cool an overheating QS273 hub motor, these need some massaging to fit at the moment but work very well, they need the radius to be pushed down in the centre to match your motor and ensure good contact all the way around the circumference.

HubSink V2 FAQ
Will HubSink fit my hub motor?
Choose the option for your motor from the dropdown. The standard version fits QS205, MXUS, Leaf, 9c and clones, Crystalyte, Cromotor and other standard hubs around 222 to 238mm in diameter. The QS273 has its own option.
Does HubSink make more power?
No. Your controller and battery supply the power. HubSink with Statorade lets the motor shed heat faster so it can handle at least double the power from your controller without overheating, or stop overheating at the power you already run.
How long does it take to install?
HubSink installs in 5 to 10 minutes, between the spokes, with the included nuts and bolts, thermal paste and two 8mm spanners. See the installation guide.
Do I need Statorade?
HubSink works much more effectively with Statorade ferrofluid, which goes inside the motor. The guarantee is for HubSink fitted with Statorade.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, a full refund within 30 days if the motor does not handle at least double the power or stop overheating at your normal power. See the guarantee for conditions.
